一、Product function

LYGR series rolling and kneading machine adopts a rotating bracket and horizontal hydraulic inclined rolling and kneading.  Compared with other models, it has greater loading capacity and more convenient unloading performance.  Inverter stepless speed regulation, speed range of 2-12rpm (the low-speed function can be selected from 1-4rpm.); it starts smoothly, reduces the impact during start-up of the machine and extends the service life of the equipment.  Specially equipped with auxiliary material vacuum straws.  Use touch screen control to meet the processing requirements of diverse products.  High standard hygiene design.  The whole machine is made of SUS304 high-quality stainless steel material; the inside of the rolling and kneading barrel is finely polished, without sanitary dead corners, and the discharge position can be completely drained.  Optional "V-shaped" and "mono-piece" paddles with different rolling and kneading strengths to adapt to different products.  Directly connected to the reducer is used to drive, which has lower operating noise and higher efficiency.  Compared with the YGR model, the refrigeration circulation system is added, which ensures the temperature of the material in the drum, making the material pickling effect better.
